Since the night I was born, my parents (esp my daddy) prayed over me on a nightly basis and would always include my future husband in that prayer. He prayed that he would be a mighty man of God, horable in character, and full of love and life. 2) Daddy modeled an ideal husband to my brother and I by the way he romanced my mom. He'd bring home a yellow rose (her favorite flower) constantly, often bringing home a dozen or a whole arranged boquet. We were often left with babysitters so they could go on dates. We were eyewitness to many "Ew! Mom and dad are kissing!" moments. (While they grossed us out as kids, I am so thankful they happened now that I'm an adult.)
