True that. My dad made an interesting point when I first got married and moved into my husband's house. Many Baby Boomers have worked hard their whole lives, saving money and making wise investments, and can now afford a comfortable lifestyle. Their children, who are just reaching adulthood now, see what their parents have, but haven't noticed the hard work it took to get those things. They assume that everyone should have those things, so they use credit to get them.
I'm guilty of this. My mom's yard is beautiful and her kitchen and dining room are very elegant - but she's put a lot of money, sweat, tears, and wisdom into making them that way. It's hard for me to remember that as I compare my house to where I grew up.

Well, AG, He does promise to meet all our needs. I just think that we occasionally confuse needs and wants (and with credit that is really easy!).

Min, thanks for adding a link to godly finances. So often, we forget that God has answers to our financial crises, as well as other types of problems.
