Also, my mom's aunt had given us a stack of coloring books and new colors/markers. Toddler had never colored so much in her life. And even though she was half-sick (no fever) she didn't ask for movies or TV. I'd certainly never fault any parent for putting in a video for their sick child. Anything to distract them from their misery. Glad yours are feeling better, or at least, I assume they are by now!
